Bible Reading With James Cameron

Listening to Ezekiel 31 recently on my iPod and trying to imagine what's going on there, I found myself visualising the kind of scenes we got in Avatar.

Egypt and Assyria, great Hometrees; so great in fact that even those of Eden stood in their shadow.

Yet their glory, seemingly so permanent and solid, was destroyed:

N.B. The devil has no originality.

Without Christ, man's glory is nothing, and in the end, he will vanish like a dream of the early morning hours.

For those who've been united to Jesus, there's a better tree to come.
